CONGRATULATIONS are in order! Adam has been inducted into the Academy of Magical Arts — the Magic Castle in Hollywood — as a magician member. With well known magician Ice McDonald as his ‘vounteer,’ Adam wowed the magician crowd with his unique illusions.

The latest celebrity sighting — a great actress. In one of my favorite movies, Secrets and Lies, Marianne Jean-Baptiste plays a middle class Londoner who seeks out her birth mother played by Brenda Blethyn. Now Jean-Baptiste is a regular in CBS’ Without a Trace — and apparantly a regular at Whole Foods as well.

Jake the Dog is alive and well. He’s integrating himself into the house and generally being a lot of fun. He’s young, he’s got a lot of energy, and he’s learned one command so far — SIT.
