Have you ever noticed that dogs never step in dog poop?

Everyday Foley and I meander around the neighborhood, and at least every six months or so, I get a shoeful, but she, never gets a paw full.  She appears to be walking, running, or pulling mindlessly — not watching where she’s going — but she avoids most obstacles, and land mines.

In truth, I know without having to watch for traffic and other human hazards, she can probably spend all of her time avoiding other dog’s waste — but sometimes, you’ve gotta wonder.
