Okay, the pounds are not quite comnig off like I hoped. Just two pounds this week. I’m at 176.6 — and I don’t know how I only loose pounds evenly. That ‘point six’ is a bit of a nemesis.
Basically, it doesnt’ feel like progress to spend weeks getting back to the weight I’ve been most of the time in L.A.
But, I need to get my exercise up. Now that I’m not so hungry, that shouldn’t be as hard as the first couple of weeks or so. We’re supposed to burn 2100 calories per week. Walking up to Mulholland easily burns 200 — it’s the next 100 that’s harder. I’m considering just committing to biking twelve miles a day for an easy five hundred calories that are mostly fun — if you ignore the people WALKING on the BIKE only trail . . .
